1. Shipping Locations

Woodpeka currently delivers only within the following South Indian states:

• Tamil Nadu

• Karnataka

• Kerala

• Andhra Pradesh

• Telangana

We do not ship outside these regions. Orders from non-serviceable locations will not be accepted.
 

2. Order Processing Time

• All products are custom-made after payment and design approval.

• Order processing begins only after the customer approves the final design.

• Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of customization and order volume.
   

3. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched after production completion.

• Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier partner operations.

• Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
