1. Business Overview

Woodpeka designs and manufactures customized laser-cut MDF wood products ranging from 1 mm to 5 mm thickness. All customized products are made only after customer confirmation.
 

2. Sales Channels

Orders are accepted only through our official website https://www.woodpeka.in/.
Instagram is used for brand communication and customer redirection.
WhatsApp is used strictly for order communication, customization discussions, and support.
 

3. Payment Policy

• All customized orders require 100% prepaid payment.

• Cash on Delivery is not available for customized products.

• Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
   

4. Design Approval & Order Processing

• A design preview (image or digital copy) will be shared with the customer before production.

• Customers may cancel the order only before design approval.

• If the customer rejects the design preview after payment, the paid amount will be refunded and the order will not proceed.

• Once the design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• If a customer chooses to cancel after production begins, no refund will be issued.
   

5. Customization Accuracy

Woodpeka is not responsible for spelling errors, size choices, or design details approved by the customer before production.
 

6. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within South India, covering:

• Tamil Nadu

• Karnataka

• Kerala

• Andhra Pradesh

• Telangana

Orders outside these regions are not accepted. We do not ship to Maharashtra.
 

7. Delivery Timelines

Dispatch and delivery timelines depend on product complexity, courier operations, and location. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.
 

8. Product Nature & Usage

• Products are meant for indoor and semi-outdoor decorative use.

• MDF is lightly water-resistant only when wiped immediately after contact with water. Repeated exposure to water will cause damage and depreciation.

• MDF products are not fire-resistant and should be kept away from heat and flames.

• Products are decorative items only and not toys. Suitable for users aged 12 years and above.
   

9. Courier & Damage Handling

• Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening to product reveal.

• Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

• All damage cases are reviewed case by case after verification.
   

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and website content belong to Woodpeka. Reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
 

11. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved as per applicable Indian laws. Jurisdiction is not restricted to a single city or state.
