Return & Replacement Policy

Woodpeka specializes in made-to-order customized MDF products. Due to the nature of customization, we follow a strict policy.
 

1. No Returns

Customized products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
 

2. No Refund After Production

Once a design is approved and production begins, refunds are not provided even if the customer cancels the order.
 

3. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered only in cases of:

• Transit damage

• Manufacturing defects
   

  Conditions for Replacement

• A full unboxing video is mandatory

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Replacement approval is subject to verification
   

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method.
 

5. Customer Errors

Woodpeka is not responsible for incorrect information approved by the customer during the design stage.
